Hôtel Massé · Paris
Hôtel Massé
Obviously! We opened our hotel in September 2025, and—of course—it is one of our favorite places in Paris. We wanted to create a peaceful refuge in the heart of the city, with a strong artistic identity shaped by artist residencies. Every room is different, with vintage pieces and objects individually sourced and collected over time.
An AmiGo note: We're teaming up with Hôtel Massé to celebrate its first birthday on November 14 and 15, from noon to 2am each day! The two-day party at the hotel's bar, Le Trente, will feature croque monsieurs, a mulled wine kiosk dreamed up by AmiGo tastemaker and chef Zélikha Dinga, and DJs spinning tunes into the wee hours. Come celebrate with us!

L'Escale - Restaurant - Café · Paris
L'Escale
Without a doubt, the most beautiful terrace in Paris. A classic French bistro on Île Saint-Louis, perfect for lunch at one of the little tables overlooking the bridge, and just as good at night when the party moves inside. Equally enjoyable for two or with a group of friends.

Marché aux puces de Saint-Ouen · Paris
Marché aux puces de Saint Ouen
One of our favorite ways to spend a weekend in Paris. We love wandering through Marché Paul Bert at the Saint-Ouen flea market, browsing vintage furniture, antiques, and all sorts of unexpected finds. Somehow, we always leave with the same things: a few Ricard ashtrays and a pair of vintage Levi’s from AW Cooper & Co, in Passage Marceau, opposite Marché Vernaison. We usually finish with couscous on Rue des Rosiers.
Taka & Vermo - Artisans Fromagers
Our mother practically raised us on Camembert, which still makes up about 80% of her diet. So, naturally, we take cheese seriously. Taka & Vermo is our favorite cheese shop in Paris. They age their cheeses in a cellar beneath the shop and offer some unexpected creations, from Saint-Nectaire with sansho pepper to goat cheese with yuzu. But the classics are just as exceptional.

Gustave Moreau Museum · Paris
Gustave Moreau Museum
If you love visiting artists' homes, this one is worth seeing. Gustave Moreau’s former house, transformed into a museum by the painter himself in 1895. Monumental paintings and this incredible spiral staircase connecting his two studios.

La Méditerranée · Paris
La Méditerranée
A Parisian institution since 1942, on the beautiful Place de l’Odéon. I love the outdoor terrace in summer just as much as the cozy interiors in winter, with artwork by Jean Cocteau. An excellent fish and seafood menu all year round.

Villa La Roche · Paris
Villa La Roche
We've always been fascinated by Le Corbusier and the way he reimagined modern living. Maison La Roche, tucked away in the 16th arrondissement, is one of the best places to experience his architecture firsthand. Built in the 1920s, it's a beautiful study of light, color, and space, and a completely different side of Paris from the one we usually picture. Well worth a visit.

After 8 Books · Paris
After 8 Books
An independent bookshop specializing in contemporary art, photography, design, and independent publishing. Most of the books at Hôtel Massé were selected here with the help of Antonia, who curated our collection. I love this place for its thoughtful selection of titles you rarely come across elsewhere. The kind of bookshop where you always leave with something unexpected.

Preclothed · Paris
Preclothed
My favorite shop in Paris. Hidden among the art galleries and antique dealers of Rue Bonaparte, Preclothed feels more like a private gallery than a vintage store. An incredible selection of archival pieces, from Hermès to lesser-known Japanese designers, some carefully restored by French artisans. My tip: ask to see the pieces kept in the back, not everything is on display.

Le Trente · Paris
Le Trente
Le Trente is Hôtel Massé’s more rebellious younger sibling, ideal for a dinner that turns into a late night. It occupies a former brothel-turned-loft right next to the hotel. The architecture is closer that you'd find in New York or Berlin, but the glass-roofed upper floor overlooking Parisian rooftops reminds you that you are, after all, in Paris. Cyril and Félix serve a monthly changing menu of small plates to share, with one constant: the signature brioche. My cocktail recommendation is the Victor, with vodka, lemon, and thyme. Upstairs is also ideal for private gatherings and birthdays, and we have DJs that come on at 10pm.
