A old restaurant turned into the trendiest one in Paris. They do have a dream location just by the river bridge. But moreover they have a dream chef, Matthew Robertson who used to work at la Vierge is a gun. His plates are always simple but so precise and perfectly executed. I strongly suggest to go at lunch time when he is in the kitchen and the place isn’t overly packed !
