Historic chalet with a few outdoor tables (with a great view at lunch), now run by Massimiliano Alajmo, Italy’s youngest 3-Michelin star chef; exquisite food and wine complemented by extremely professional service. Why this place doesn’t have a Michelin star is beyond me.
