Housed in the former location of Michelin-starred Agrikultur, this tiny bistro serves perfectly unfussy cuisine in a cool, laid-back space. Specialties here come from the wood-fired oven, including an incredible scallop baked in a veritable bath of herb butter and a dry-aged pork chop served with cockles and XO sauce. We love the bar seats overlooking the kitchen, but they also have one table in the prep kitchen that they save for regulars or walk-ins. Ask about it when you arrive.
Small menu, but all standouts. I got the halibut, langostines and local ceps. The dessert of cherry sorbet with bitter almond was incredible.
