Tips
A low-key dining gem that feels oh so quintessentially Mallorca. This place is pure summer magic. Perched right on the rocks at Cala Deià, Ca’s Patró March feels less like a restaurant and more like a secret you’re lucky enough to stumble into. The sea is literally at your feet, waves crashing below while you sit there wondering how lunch turned into a core memory. The food keeps it simple and does it right. Fresh seafood is the star — grilled fish, prawns, calamari — all tasting like it came straight from the water that morning (because it probably did). No fuss, no overthinking, just honest Mediterranean flavors that let the ingredients shine. Pair it with a cold glass of white wine and you’re exactly where you’re supposed to be. Service is friendly in that very Mallorcan way: relaxed and unhurried. They know the view does half the work, so nobody’s rushing you out of your seat. Time slows down here, and that’s kind of the point. We had no idea this beautiful restraint existed and stumbled on it by chance and lingered in the sea until the lunch rush was done and managed a table without booking - but to avoid disappointment in high season book ahead and lock in a table because you don’t want to miss out. Go for lunch, order seafood, and don’t make plans afterward. You’ll want to stay, swim, sip, and soak it all in.
