It’s always a scene at Jondal, which is probably the most well-known, luxurious (and expensive) beach club in Ibiza. The tables are all set in the sand, underneath tan canapés and trees, and ideal for people watching (Jondal attracts a very see-and-be-seen crowd). Order whatever’s fresh and all the specials, and after eating, stay for a nap on one of the beach beds and a dip in the stunning, clear-blue water. Jondal is hard to get into, so make reservations as far in advance as possible (or be prepared to pay a concierge service to get you a table).
